The Quayside Apartments is CIC's latest project at Kingston Foreshore, and will overlook the soon-to-be-built harbour.
As building hasn’t started and with no sales office onsite, CIC is using the existing Ambassador display/sales office building in Deakin, allocating the rear two rooms of the building for the Quayside sales and display office.
A large corporate-image panel was digital printed with satin-matt clear finish and mounted on silver anodised stand-offs on the wall next to the display area entry.
Screenmakers was commissioned to create and install all signage and displays for the
Kingston Foreshore display centre.
Floor plans of each level of the complex are displayed on one wall. The work consisted of a large wall graphic, which was direct-printed on brushed-silver dibond panels and wall-mounted on split battens. The dibond panels were first router-cut to provide openings with surrounds, creating a recessed effect. The panels were direct-printed on white dibond, clear satin overcoated and installed to the recessed areas.
The "Finishes" wall is a digital-printed wall graphic of the complex in full colour with brushed silver surrounds. Mounted to the right are three sample boards, showing the materials and finishes available. All the sample tiles, bench-top laminates, paint colours, carpets and other items are recessed and mounted flush with the front of the silver display boards, which are installed 20mm off the wall.
Screenmakers installed three spotlights to enhance the textures and finishes being presented.
The unit floor-plans wall, again digital printed on brushed silver dibond with recessed openings for the various unit floor plans. All panels are removable as they’re installed on split battens.
