Screenmakers has a long-standing relationship with Canberra International Airport to produce a wide range of signage for various areas within the airport, from car park and bus stop signage to large-scale banners and billboards.
The airport is currently undergoing a $350 million upgrade, with the first stage (a new 26,000sqm terminal) having just opened.
Canberra International Airport is operated by Capital Airport Group, which bought the airport from the Commonwealth Government's Federal Airports Corporation in 1998. At the time, the airport consisted of the terminal, general aviation precinct and the RAAF Fairbairn base.
The facility has evolved into a multi-modal transport hub, business and retail destination, comprising Brindabella Business Park, Fairbairn and Majura Park commercial office accommodation and Brand Depot.
